I am a plant-based lifestyle coach and the guide on your journey to your optimal health. Together, we can cultivate, a lifestyle of mental physical and spiritual well being. 

One of my biggest passions is helping woman get control of their health. Helping them align all areas of their health and watching the amazing results bloom is beyond rewording.

Why Plant-Based?

Whether you are completely new to trying a plant based lifestyle, or have been vegan for years but need some structure to eat healthily while achieving your fitness goals, the Hustle and Brussel plans can help make your journey easy, fun, and delicious. You don't have to worry about giving up delicious meals when shifting to plant based, and my plan will show you how easy plant based living can be! The benefits of a whole food plant-based diet extend far beyond these benefits.


A whole food plant-based diet has also been proven to be the most optimal diet for gut health, longevity and overall health. Did you know that gut health affects literally everything in your body? From your nervous and immune systems to your mental health and digestive function, a healthy gut plays a pivotal role in your overall well-being. The gastrointestinal system is the main “portal” for taking in and processing nutrients, and it also serves a communication center and dis-ease fighter. 

A plant-based diet has shown to benefit the gut by promoting the development of more diverse and stable microbial (bacteria) system. Having a healthy gut will improve depression symptoms, thyroid health, acne, chronic inflammation, weight stability, IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome), optimize recovery, energy levels and even slow down aging. 

In order to create a healthy gut microbiome balance, it is suggested to eat a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains, prebiotic and probiotic foods. Plus, antioxidants and micronutrients are only found in plant foods. All of which are the fundamentals of a whole food plant-based diet.

Your food is connected to your mood. Your physical, mental, and spiritual wellness are all connected to a healthy gut and this lifestyle change will allow you to explore what a free and balanced life feels like.

Life Changing Results

Having Giannys as my trainer has been a transforming experience. She made transitioning from eating meat/dairy to more plant based food super easy and convenient. I highly recommend her 12 week program! I was able to lose weight/inches, and define my body all while eating delicious whole food. What separates her from other trainers is she also focuses on healing your body, mind and spirit. Giannys was not only my trainer she became my nutritionist, personal development and life coach. You really walk away feeling more aligned and at peace with yourself. 


My name is Flor and I just completed Hustle and Brussel’s 12-week program and I can honestly say it has changed me COMPLETELY! I remember at the start of the program how bad I wanted to change my physical appearance to look and feel better, little did I know that my mindset was about to change completely. This program teaches you that although you are here for “fitness” it starts with your mind, spirit, and heart. That’s why this program is not just a fitness program it is a LIFESTYLE change. I am so grateful that I had my coach Giannys alongside me every step of the way because her wisdom and knowledge about fitness, spirituality, and food was so extremely helpful and insightful. She always encouraged me and kept me accountable. The meal plans were DELICIOUS, you couldn’t even tell they were vegan, and the workouts made you sweat and feel the burn!


I can’t even begin to describe how this program has changed how I view myself. It has helped me set priorities and goals for my future as well as shown me how to value and treat myself first and foremost. The healthy, clean, plant based whole foods was a bonus because it only added to what was already happening within. My mind feels so much clearer now and I’m excited to continue my transformation.
